Sharizaar O'Heart
Sharizaar O'Heart, DO, RCST
Sharizaar O'Heart is a registered craniosacral therapist with over 17 years experience as a health care practitioner. Sharizaar trained as an osteopath in the UK in 1992. In 1995 she successfully completed a post graduate training in craniosacral therapy which is her preferred modality of healing.
The skills that Sharizaar brings to her treatment for her patients is her profound senstitivity of touch to support the release of restrictions held within the cranium and body of her clients. Craniosacral therapy allows a unique approach that allows the body to release its own unique story of bodily restriction whether that be on a physical, emotional or etheric level that is locked with the cellular memory and central nervous system of the body.
Sharizaar is a specialist in releasing trauma from the body whether that be birth or through accident and injury.
Her passion is supporting mothers on their journey to motherhood and checking them and their babies after birth which she feels is paramount. This was also the focus of her thesis in her training as an osteopath.
A mother herself with two boys, Fergus, age 14 years and Daniel age 8 years, she understands the importance of health and wellbeing for children and how that relates to the wellbeing of the family as a whole. It is quite common that she will treat the whole family to allow a profound shift and discounts are available for this.
She is also a specialist in dealing with clients that have a history of chronic symptoms that have not responded to other treatments and is happy to speak to you about how craniosacral therapy may provide an insight to relieving a chronic pain pattern in the body.
