We have an excellent team of receptionists that work off site and manage our phones 8.30am to 6pm Monday to Friday. They can answer your queries, take and change bookings and get messages to relevant practitioners if required.

Health Rebates
Available with appropriate health cover for remedial massage, shiatsu, acupuncture, reflexology & naturopathy. Receipts will be issued upon request with relevant provider numbers.
Suggested Attire
- Minimal jewellery, make up & perfumes
- Mobile phones switched off
- For Shiatsu, comfortable clothing eg. tracksuit
- After massage, scarf & warm layers to leave in, to protect yourself from the elements.
Suggested Follow Up
Aim to plan some time after your session for yourself. This integration is important as one adjusts to the change initiated by the session.
Gift Vouchers
Are available for all sessions for all occasions: birthday, Christmas, special events & celebrations, colleagues, family & friends, a way of offering appreciation. Gift Vouchers can be ordered from our website and sent to either you or the recipient, via email, mail or express post.
Referral Rewards
We value highly your referrals and reward you with $15 off your next session.
Birthday Discount
Receive a $10 discount during the month of your birthday as our gift to you.
Payment
Cash is preferred.
EFTPOS & cheque accepted.Credit cards attract a 2% processing fee.
10% surcharge applies on weekends & public holidays.
Cancellation Policy
While we understand that sometimes you need to change your schedule, please be mindful of communicating changes as soon as you are aware of them. We require 24hours notice as a minimum. If you give us some notice but less than 24hours, the fee charged is $35. If you simply don't arrive for your appointment and we can't offer it to someone else, the fee charged is $50. We will ask you to sign that you understand this policy when you first see us. Also, confirmation of your appointment is acknowledgement of this policy.
